The master degree program for management science and engineering in our university was established in 2011 and enrolled students in 2012, which belongs to school of management science and engineering. The length of schooling for full-time postgraduate is three years. The tutor group is composed of 7 members, including 3 professors and 4 associate professors, 5 doctors and 2 Ph. D. students. Among them, there are 2 candidates for academic and technical leaders, 1 famous teacher and 2 participants for academic leaders in Anhui province.

This major has good laboratory conditions, including information technology lab, information system lab and computer network lab. It mainly investigate management theories, methods and tools that are suitable with development of economics and society by using quantitative methods, and explore the laws of various management activities by applying modern scientific methods. It also focuses on the application of information technology, management technology and tools in the fields of economic information management, e-commerce, logistics management and technological innovation, etc al.

This major mainly cultivates senior interdisciplinary talents engaged in the fields such as information management, decision science and technology, logistics and supply chain management, engineering and project management and Internet of things in government agencies, enterprises and state institutions, and other social organizations.
